Man critical, three others sickened by carbon monoxide

Carbon monoxide fumes critically injured a man and sickened three other people in north Edmonton last night.
Firefighters and Paramedics responded to 151st Avenue and 115th Street a little after midnight.
Carbon monoxide fumes from a two burner camp stove that as being used to heat the attached garage spread throughout the house.
A man in his early forties was found unconscious and in critical condition.
He was taken to the Miseracordia Hospital and may be put in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber to remove the carbon monoxide from his blood.
Another man in his twenties and two pre-teen children were also suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning but to a much lesser degree.
They were taken to hospital for oxygen therapy and to have their blood checked for carbon monoxide levels.
